Ingredients
- 1 cup plant based milk example: oat milk, almond milk
- 1/2 cup oats or homemade granola
- 1 handful buckwheat sprouts
- 2 tsp nut butter
- few cranberries or raisins
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 mango
- 1 kiwi
- 1 handful strawberries
- 1 handful blueberries
Instructions

put all dry ingredients into a bowl

pour over plant based milk
