Starting the day off right with a fruit muesli. Nourishing your body with the right things first thing in the morning is the first step towards an amazing day 🙂

  • 1 cup plant based milk example: oat milk, almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oats or homemade granola
  • 1 handful buckwheat sprouts
  • 2 tsp nut butter
  • few cranberries or raisins
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 1 handful blueberries


  1. put all dry ingredients into a bowl

  2. pour over plant based milk
