homemade granola

  • 2,5 cups oats
  • 50 gram peanut butter
  • 40 gram rice syrup or any kind of sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 0,5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 handful almonds


  1. preheat oven at 200°C

  2. melt the coconut oil: put oil in a small container, boil water and add it to a bigger container, place small container with oil in container with hot water

  3. crash almonds into small pieces

  4. combine all ingredients in a bowl 

  5. spread on baking sheet, place in oven and bake at 150°C for about 25-30 minutes or until gold brown
