vegan + gf cookie dough
- 140 g chickpeas
- 40 g dates
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 15 ml plant based milk of choice
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp chocolate chips
Rinse chickpeas (from can / glass)
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in food processor and blend for about 1 minute
Add chocolate chips
Peanut butter and chocolate chips are optional in this recipe.
Feel free to replace peanut butter to any other nut or seed butter.
