vegan + gf cookie dough

Ingredients

  • 140 g chickpeas
  • 40 g dates
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 15 ml plant based milk of choice
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Rinse chickpeas (from can / glass)

  2. Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in food processor and blend for about 1 minute

  3. Add chocolate chips

  4. Enjoy

Recipe Notes

Peanut butter and chocolate chips are optional in this recipe. 

Feel free to replace peanut butter to any other nut or seed butter.
