Ingredients
- 1,5 frozen banana
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
- 15 ml plant based milk example: oat milk, rice milk, coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 hanful homemade granola
- 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
- fresh fruit to your desire

always have some frozen banana available. to do so, simply cut banana into slices, put them into a freezer-friendly container and freeze for at least 12 hours before using them

in a blender combine frozen banana, frozen blueberries and the milk. blend until smoothe texture
