smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 1,5 frozen banana
  • 1 handful frozen blueberries
  • 15 ml plant based milk example: oat milk, rice milk, coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 hanful homemade granola
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
  • fresh fruit to your desire

Instructions

  1. always have some frozen banana available. to do so, simply cut banana into slices, put them into a freezer-friendly container and freeze for at least 12 hours before using them

  2. in a blender combine frozen banana, frozen blueberries and the milk. blend until smoothe texture

  3. move the nice cream into a bowl and top with the remaining ingredients. let your creativity flow here :)
