salad to go


  • 50 gram uncooked red lentils = about 120g cooked lentils
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cube tofu
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp pumkin seeds

for the dressing

  • 1,5 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • dried coriander
  • chili flakes
  • black pepper


for the dressing:

  1. combine all dressing ingredients and stir until well combined

for the tofu:

  1. cut tofu in small cubes

  2. marinate tofu in dressing sauce

  3. heat olive oil in a pan, once hot place the tofu inside and roast on both sides until gold brown

general instructions:

  1. cook lentils 15 minutes in twice as much water. or simply use already cooked lentils from a can

  2. cut all veggies into bite-size pieces

  3. put lentils, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, avocado, tofu pieces and pumkin seeds into a jar (or a bowl). then add the dressing and enjoy
