Ingredients
- 50 gram uncooked red lentils = about 120g cooked lentils
- 1 medium tomato
- 3 leaves lettuce
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cube tofu
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp pumkin seeds
for the dressing
- 1,5 Tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- garlic powder
- dried coriander
- chili flakes
- black pepper
Instructions
for the dressing:

combine all dressing ingredients and stir until well combined
for the tofu:

cut tofu in small cubes

marinate tofu in dressing sauce

heat olive oil in a pan, once hot place the tofu inside and roast on both sides until gold brown
general instructions:

cook lentils 15 minutes in twice as much water. or simply use already cooked lentils from a can

cut all veggies into bite-size pieces

put lentils, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, avocado, tofu pieces and pumkin seeds into a jar (or a bowl). then add the dressing and enjoy
