Ingredients
base
- 1,5 large frozen banana
- 0,5 medium frozen mango
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
- coconut milk use as much liquid as your food requires to blend the mixture
toppings
- 1 medium banana
- 2 Tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 handful homemade granola

at least 12 hours before, unpeel mango & banana, but it in small pieces and freeze them
note: I always have frozen fruits ready in my freezer

combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
