tropical smoothie bowl

Ingredients

base

  • 1,5 large frozen banana
  • 0,5 medium frozen mango
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
  • coconut milk use as much liquid as your food requires to blend the mixture

toppings

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 handful homemade granola

Instructions

base

  1. at least 12 hours before, unpeel mango & banana, but it in small pieces and freeze them

    note: I always have frozen fruits ready in my freezer

  2. combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth

toppings

  1. top with toppings - feel free to be creative and top with whatever you like
