RECIPE || hummus

homemade hummus


  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 Tbsp chickpea water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp tahini


  1. seperate the chickpeas from the water that is with them in the can

  2. combine chickpeas, salt, oil, tahini in a blender. add 2 Tbsp of the liquid that was in the can with the cickpeas

  3. blend until smooth

  4. serve with carrot & cucumber sticks if desired
