homemade gluten-free tacos
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- olive oil
Instructions

combine flour, water, salt, chilli flakes and turmeric in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined

sprinkle some olive oil on a napkin. rub napkin through a pan, so there is a very thin coat of olive oil in the pan

heat up pan covered with a lid

once the pan is hot, pour 2 scoops of the liquid with a soup ladle into the pan. it should make noises and form holes - this way you know the pan is hot enough. keep pouring until it forms a circle that barely coveres the pan - it's supposed to be very thin
