berry porridge
Ingredients
porridge
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/4 cup red millet flakes
- 1,5 cups oat milk
berry sauce
- 2 Tbsp oat milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/8 cup raspberries
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
toppings
- 1/2 handful fresh blueberries
- 1/2 handful fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 handful homemade granola see down below for recipe
- 1/2 small apple
Instructions
porridge

combine all ingredients in a pot and let it simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes
berry sauce

add all ingredients to a pot and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes

with a hand mixer, blend it to a smoothe sauce
toppings

cut fruits in small pieces
finishing touches

put first the porridge, then the berry sauce and finally all the toppings in a bowl
