avocado toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread gluten-free bread or whole wheat
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 squeeze lemon
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast optional
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. toast your bread if you prefer it crunchy

  2. mash half avocado with a fork

  3. add a squeeze of lemon to the mashed avocado and top it on your toast

  4. sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top, and finish it with nutritional yeast flakes if desired
