energy balls

Ingredients

  • 20 grams shredded coconut
  • 10 grams chia seeds
  • 50 grams oats
  • 10 grams hemp seeds
  • 40 grams raisins
  • 35 grams dates
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 20 grams cranberries

Instructions

  1. combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse

  2. form the dough into small balls

  3. enjoy
