cook rice according to packaging instructions
cut the onion and tofu in small cubes
heat oil in a saucepan, once hot add the onion and spices (the amount depends on how salty and spicy you want it)
once the onions are soft, add tamari, chickpeas and tofu
let it roast for 5 minutes
then reduce the heat, add the coconut milk and let it simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes
