berry porridge

Ingredients

porridge

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cup red millet flakes
  • 1,5 cups oat milk

berry sauce

  • 2 Tbsp oat milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/8 cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

toppings

  • 1/2 handful fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 handful fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 handful homemade granola see down below for recipe
  • 1/2 small apple

Instructions

porridge

  1. combine all ingredients in a pot and let it simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes

berry sauce

  1. add all ingredients to a pot and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes

  2. with a hand mixer, blend it to a smoothe sauce

toppings

  1. cut fruits in small pieces

finishing touches

  1. put first the porridge, then the berry sauce and finally all the toppings in a bowl
