  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 handful buckwheat sprouts
  • 1 handful puffed rice
  • 2 tsp cashew butter
  • few cranberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 cup plant based milk


  1. put all dry ingredients into a bowl

  2. pour over plant based milk
