The Loop of Life is an interactive exercise that will give you a clear visual picture of which areas in your life are thriving and which areas could need a little more work.
Our life can be categorized into 6 sections that all play into how we are feeling, performing, thinking, acting, treating others & ourselves, … and so much more.
How this exercise works:
Using the circle provided, place a dot in every “pizza section” – the closer to the outside the more satisfied in that certain area you are, the closer you place the dot to the mid point the less satisfied you are.
In the end, connect all the dots creating some sort of circle. This circle might or might not look like one, but it will represent clearly which areas might need your focus.
